- Power Shutdown in Jolly Giant Commons, Cypress Hall, and the Canyon Complex May 22-31Please be advised that electrical power will be shut down to Jolly Giant Commons, Cypress Hall, and the Canyon Complex (Cedar, Hemlock, Madrone, Maple, and Tan Oak) for 10 days from Friday, May 22 through Sunday, May 31, 2026. This temporary outage is necessary to perform critical electrical upgrades. The above buildings will be closed during this time. Power will be restored, and buildings will reopen, beginning Monday, June 1, 2026. Other campus buildings will be unaffected by this power outage and will remain open.
