- DEIA Grant RFP Submission Deadline Extended – March 31, 2025 @ 11:59pmThe Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Grant Request for Proposals (RFP) deadline for applications has been extended to Monday, March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM. Grants of up to $5,000 are available to support projects that promote campus DEIA initiatives. Students, staff, and faculty are encouraged to apply for this opportunity, which provides valuable experience in grant writing. The Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI) welcomes applications from individuals and teams.

- University Budget Office - Budget Planning UpdateAs we continue the budget planning process for fiscal year 2025-26, the University Budget Office (UBO) has updated its budget scenario planning from December 2024. These updated scenarios reflect new information, including the Governor’s January 2025 Budget Proposal, as well as updated guidance from the Chancellor’s Office and refinements in campus-level mandatory costs and enrollment projections. These revised considerations have been used by the University Resources & Planning Committee (URPC) in their draft budget recommendation to the president.
- Campus Apartments Parking LotsWith the recent closure of the Campus Apartments, Parking has changed the Resident lots to General parking areas. Any vehicle with a valid Cal Poly Humboldt parking permit can now park in these lots. The G8 lot is located at the north end of the G11 lot by the ceramics building. The G30 lot is at the end of Laurel Drive directly in front of the Campus Apartments.

- Traffic Alert: Eastbound Lane of Harpst St. Closed from LK Wood to B St.A contractor's vehicle leaked hydraulic fluid, closing the eastbound lane of Harpst Street from LK Wood to B Street. Cleanup is underway under the supervision of the University's Environmental Health & Safety department, with an estimated reopening of the road around 5 p.m. Please plan your route accordingly.
