Staff Volunteers Needed for Fall 2025 Commencement
Calling All Staff!
Fall 2025 Commencement ceremony will take place on Friday, December 19, in Lumberjack Arena (time to be determined).
This is a big event, and we need all the help we can get! We’re looking for volunteers to assist with duties such as greeting guests, ushering, providing ADA shuttle and wheelchair escort support, assisting with parking and traffic, and supporting graduate and faculty/staff line-up areas.
If you would like to provide on-the-ground support for Commencement, please make arrangements for your hours with your supervisor and submit your interest and availability by Friday, November 14, using this form: Fall 2025 Commencement: Staff Support Interest and Availability
Information about shift needs and assignments will be shared closer to the event. Food will be provided for staff supporting the event.
For the most up-to-date information, please visit the Commencement website. Email grad@humboldt.edu with any questions.
Thank you for helping make Commencement a memorable celebration for our graduates!
