Nexus @ Noon is where students, faculty, and staff converge to explore today's most pressing political issues. True to the meaning of "nexus"—a connection linking multiple points—this series will be a dynamic space for questioning, discussing, and researching political developments at local, state, federal, and global levels. With no set agenda, each session will be guided by the questions and interests of attendees, alongside insights from the Chair of the Department of Politics and special guests.

Cal Poly Humboldt  is accepting nominations for its eighth annual Sustainability Champion Awards program, to recognize faculty, professional staff and students whose practices have deepened a culture of sustainability, have furthered the integration of sustainability into academics, student life or campus culture, and/or reduced Humboldt’s environmental footprint.

Youth Educational Services (Y.E.S.) at Cal Poly Humboldt invites students, staff, and faculty to participate in the Serve-a-Thon volunteer event at the Potawot Community Food Garden on Monday, March 31, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Held annually in honor of Cesar Chavez Day, this event provides an opportunity for volunteers to make meaningful contributions towards supporting sustainable food systems and community well-being.
