CSU Learn Courses
- The Role of ChatGPT in Shaping Our Future - Begin this course with insightful, forward-thinking conversations on AI's potential influence across sectors including high tech, education, and government. Then you will apply concepts of generative AI to practical scenarios in everyday life. Next, you will critically explore the ethical dimensions of AI
- Transforming Leadership Vision into Organizational Reality - In this course, you'll discover practical methods to craft compelling visions, communicate strategically across different audiences, build collective ownership through meaningful engagement, and demonstrate authentic leadership that reinforces your vision.
Cross Campus Collaboration Courses
- Subject Matter Experts & Course Design - You are a subject matter expert, SME, and need to create a course. How would you start? Do you need a script? Do you need help from an instructional designer? How do you share information with that person? All of this will be answered in this presentation.
- Preparing Teams for Change - This workshop focuses on equipping managers and team members with the skills and knowledge needed to coach people through change within their organization. Participants will explore two models of change management, understand the emotional and psychological impacts of change, and learn communication strategies to support teams through transitions.
- Fraud Prevention-Protect your Money - Fraud and Identity Theft are becoming more common and sophisticated than ever. Learn what to watch for to prevent being a victim of fraud, overview the current scams thieves use to access confidential information, and what to do if you are a victim of fraud.
- Excel Tips and Tricks - Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned Excel user, these tips and tricks can help to save time and make the most of your Excel experience. From shortcuts and formula basics to Pivot Tables, there is something for everyone in this session.
- Success as 1st Gen Professional - The transition from student to professional can be difficult if you don’t already have a support network. Join us to learn about potential barriers and strategies to address concerns as you transition from college to career. This session might be most beneficial for those recently switching from a student to staff opportunity in higher education or other industries.
- Getting Started with OneDrive and SharePoint - Take a tour of OneDrive and SharePoint. Increase efficiency and learn how to upload, organize, manage files, control access and collaborate with others in the cloud.
- Atomic Habits: Becoming the Architect of Your Life - In this workshop we will reflect on key guidance from the bestselling book, Atomic Habits by James Clear. The book provides practical, clear, and actionable strategies for creating systems that will aid you in breaking bad habits and in developing lasting desired habits with resilience.
- Virtual Stepping Beyond - Customer Service - This training will review the components of customer service and will give participants an opportunity to step out of their shoes and into those of their customers. They will learn about "stepping beyond" customers' expectations to create a culture of helping and caring on campus.
- Self-Coaching 101 - The Self Coaching 101 session will explore the mental processes and paradigms that lead to personal and professional excellence. The workshop is based on the idea that a strong mindset if critical to optimal performance and will provide practical tools to allow participants to unlock their fullest potential at home and work.
- Sustainable Living - Summer & Home Edition - Join us for an engaging and informative session on sustainable living, tailored specifically for the summer season and home environment. This one-hour training will provide practical tips and strategies to help you reduce your environmental footprint, save money, and create a healthier living space.
