DesignPLUS Workshops
Instructional Designers at The Center for Teaching & Learning are thrilled to announce that we will be offering a sequence of four workshops on DesignPLUS, the latest version of Design Tools in Canvas. Join us in exploring the many ways you can use this tool to upgrade your existing course content, and create an engaging and effective Canvas space.
This four-week workshop series starts the week of October 14th, and each workshop is offered twice weekly to fit your schedule. Our first workshop will cover how to edit, add, and upgrade content when switching between Design Tools and DesignPLUS. The next workshop is about organizational tools in the DesignPLUS sidebar, and explore the variety templates at your disposal. During the third workshop, you will learn about the amazing tools in the sidebar that allow you to create interactive course elements, such as pop-ups, quick checks, tabs, and more. Finally, our 4th workshop dives deeper into advanced tools, with an emphasis on how to design with accessibility in mind.
