Submit Event Proposals for Earth Week activities
Dear Lumberjacks,
As Earth Week approaches, we are thrilled to announce an opportunity for all members of our campus community to actively participate in raising awareness about environmental issues and advocating for sustainable practices. This year, we are inviting individuals and organizations to submit event proposals for Earth Week activities.
Whether you're passionate about organizing speakers, lectures, workshops, movie nights, or other engaging activities, we encourage you to share your ideas with us. By hosting events during Earth Week, we aim to create a vibrant platform for meaningful discussions, learning opportunities, and community engagement.
To submit your event proposal, please fill out the form linked below:
The Earth Week Every Week Committee is committed to promoting all submitted events through a comprehensive campus event program. By consolidating our efforts, we can create a diverse and impactful lineup of activities that showcase the collective dedication of our community to environmental sustainability.
Submitting your event proposal early will allow us to provide support in various aspects, including event space allocation, funding opportunities, and scheduling to prevent overlap or duplication with other offerings.
We encourage you to seize this opportunity to contribute to Earth Week and help foster a culture of environmental stewardship on our campus. Together, let's make Earth Week a memorable and impactful experience for our community.
Thank you for your participation and commitment to sustainability.
Best regards,
Marie Roberts Associated Students, Environmental Sustainability Officer Mcr98@humboldt.edu
