Affinity Group Interest Survey for Faculty, Staff and Administrators
The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has prepared a survey to better understand faculty, staff and administrator interest in affinity groups. An affinity group is a collective of individuals who share common interests or experiences. Affinity groups can offer many benefits, including a sense of belonging, support, networking opportunities, professional development, collaboration, mentorship opportunities and resilience.
This survey does not pretend to represent all possible affinity groups and necessarily includes, question by question, the opportunity for all to share interests in potential groups not listed.
Take the Affinity Group Interest Survey HERE.
We look forward to learning more about the needs and interests of faculty, staff and administrators so that our work best supports community needs.
Warm Regards,
Michele Miyamoto, Associate Director
