CSU Learn Courses
- Using Advanced Functions in Excel 365 (2024) - In this course, discover how to build formulas to find information in tables, work with data arrays, and obtain date-related information.
- Generative AI for Project Managers - In this course, you will explore the many applications of GenAI in project management and compare different GenAI models.
Cross Campus Collaboration Courses
- SMART Goals - This “hands-on” workshop will allow participants to create meaningful and effective SMART goals in real time as we take a process-oriented, step-by-step approach to exploring the functionality of SMART goals and what makes them so effective.
- Facilitating Challenging Conversations: Managing Hot Moments - In this workshop, we will discuss strategies for facilitating productive group interactions and for responding with compassion when those interactions go astray.
- Impact of Learning Styles in the Workplace - Our learning style impacts how we process information in most areas of our work. Knowing one’s particular learning style may prevent mistakes, increase productivity and reinforce self-confidence.
- Weekly Dose of Mindfulness - Weekly Dose of Mindfulness is an opportunity for all CSU community members to experience guided mindfulness practices with a trained facilitator.
- Train the Trainer (series 3 of 4) - Train the Trainer is intended for subject matter experts or employees who find themselves in a position of creating or delivery training. Session three is dedicated to incorporating engagement and activities focused on knowledge retention and application.
- Breath and Health - Come experience the intimate link between our breath and our emotions. During the session, we will do some light gentle stretches and guided meditation. Come prepared to leave this 30-minute virtual session afresh, anywhere you are!
- Train the Trainer (series 4 of 4) - Train the Trainer is intended for subject matter experts or employees who find themselves in a position of creating or delivery training. Session four provides a forum for participants to practice what they've learned.

Developed through a partnership between the Office of Sustainability and the Department of Sociology, the SLA is also an effective tool for evaluating the success of sustainability education initiatives within the framework of a number of campus academic goals and programs.

This event will provide a safer space for facilitated small group sharing, where each voice is respected and valued in order to share space and experiences, listening to others who may have different experiences of these times.
