Dear Campus Partners,
With the upcoming rollout of the CSUBUY Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system scheduled for November 18, 2024, we would like to remind you of upcoming milestones and ensure readiness for Go-Live.
Training
We are offering Live Training sessions beginning Tuesday, November 12th, and will have recordings from these sessions available on the CSUBUY P2P Training website. These training sessions will be tailored to your specific role in CSUBUY P2P.

- Google Storage Limits are ChangingDear Campus Community, Starting January 6, we’ll be setting a temporary limit of 150 GB per person on Google Drive storage to help manage space while we work on a long-term plan. This proactive step will help us stay within Google’s storage limits moving forward. Don’t worry, if you are over the 150 GB limit now we’ll give you a bit of extra space, ~10%, to keep everything running smoothly during this transition.
