Facilities Management End of Year Prioritization - Due Monday, April 7
Work Order Prioritization due 4/7/25: Facilities Management is reminding you to please work with your college/department to provide important feedback telling FM details about your open work order prioritization.New requests for Facilities Management services submitted between April 15th and June 30th, 2025 will be put on hold until after the new fiscal year. If there are circumstances requiring work be completed before June 30, 2025, please make that clear in the request title and/or contact our Customer Service Center at 707-826-4475 directly for further discussion. All of these “on-hold” work requests will be scheduled to begin sometime after summer 2025, as resources allow. Note: Facilities maintenance and project based work for Summer 2025 has already been scheduled. We appreciate your patience and understanding as Facilities Management catches up on the currently scheduled work and critical deferred maintenance on our campus.
All billable work performed in fiscal year 2024-25 will be billed out on or before the June 9, 2025 end-of-year billing request deadline. If facilities jobs are only partially complete, all costs accrued to date will be included in this billing, and the remainder of the work will be completed/billed in the future fiscal year. If you have time-sensitive billable work orders that must be billed out before the end of the current fiscal year, please contact the Facilities Management Customer Service Center at 707-826-4475 directly for further discussion. Please have your work order number in-hand when you call.

- Action Needed: Please Review Scholarship Materials for Outdated Academic Works LinksAs you know, last month we announced to campus that Academic Works was being replaced with Scholarship Manager as our campus scholarship application portal. All of the links in Financial Aid and other key areas have been updated to direct students to the new Scholarship Manager application portal and we can see healthy activity as applications are flowing into the new system daily.
- Support Our Students - Donate to the Oh SNAP! Food PantryCal Poly Humboldt’s Oh SNAP! Student Food Programs is joining forces with Food For People, Humboldt County’s regional food bank, to collect non-perishable food donations for their Holiday Food Drive. This effort directly supports students experiencing food insecurity. All food donated on campus will go directly to the Oh SNAP! Food Pantry, ensuring that students have access to fresh, nutritious, and culturally appropriate food during the semester and throughout finals.
- Reduced CSUBUY P2P Virtual HourDear Campus Colleagues, This message is to inform you that CSUBUY P2P virtual drop-in support hours have been reduced from five days per week to three days per week. The updated schedule is as follows: Tuesdays: 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Please note: No drop-in session on December 23, 2025 Wednesdays: 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
