Update: Student Center/Faculty Center in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Back Online
Dear Faculty and Staff,
Access to the Student Center and Faculty Center in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions has stabilized, and the Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS) is back online. Performance has significantly improved, and we will continue to monitor these services closely.
Ensuring the reliability and performance of Campus Solutions and related systems is a top institutional priority. University leadership, ITS and partner teams like the Office of the Registrar have the necessary pieces in place to focus on long-term fixes and resilience improvements prior to the next significant registration cycle. We’ll share additional updates as key milestones are reached.
Today (Fri, Nov. 21), we also emailed all students to confirm that Student Center and DARS are stable, provided troubleshooting steps, and listed Registrar contact info (records@humboldt.edu, 707-826-4101) in case they still see issues. We also included a reminder about availability next week - Fall Break hours (next week): The Registrar’s Office is open Mon–Tue, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. PST, and Wed, 8 a.m.–2 p.m. PST. We’re closed Thu–Fri for the break, and back to regular business hours Monday, December 1, 2025.
If you are still experiencing issues (e.g., timeouts, slow page loads, or login errors), please submit an ITS help desk ticket at https://hsu-forms.humboldt.edu/techhelp and include the time of the issue, the page you were on, and a screenshot if possible.
Thank you for your patience and partnership.

You might notice delays or trouble logging in while we sort things out - especially during peak hours. We know this is frustrating, and our teams across campus and beyond are working hard to get things back to normal as soon as possible. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding while we continue troubleshooting to resolve this.
