Have a technology project you want to move forward? Now is the time to prepare your proposal.

The Fall 2025 ITS Project Submission window is open from Monday, September 8 through Friday, September 19. This process supports projects that:

• Advance recruitment, retention, or student success

• Align with polytechnic initiatives

• Are required by the Chancellor’s Office

• Are legally mandated

• Improve campus operational efficiency

Projects meeting these criteria—especially those that are mandated, related to enrollment growth, or support polytechnic transformation—carry greater weight in the scoring rubric..

Note: This process is only for technology projects requiring 40+ hours of effort and multiple ITS staff. Smaller requests should go through the ITS Support Request Form.

New: The Project Management Office (PMO) offers drop-in support starting Monday, August 25 to help you through the process.
