Dear Campus Partners,
CSUBUY will undergo a scheduled system update on January 12, 2026. This update is part of a CSU-wide release and includes several enhancements focused on usability, compliance, and improved access to information. Most users will not need to take any action as a result of this update.
What’s New in This Release
The January update introduces the following enhancements:
- In-Application Guided Support (Digital Adoption Platform)
Optional, built-in guidance will be available within CSUBUY to provide step-by-step assistance as users complete tasks, helping reduce errors and improve navigation. - Guided Buying Experience
The shopping interface has been reorganized using category tiles that route users to approved and recommended suppliers, improving compliance and making it easier to locate appropriate purchasing options. - Updated CSUBUY Forms Experience
All CSUBUY forms will feature a refreshed design with a cleaner layout, improved readability, and clearer workflow actions. Navigation through the form will now be found across the top of the form rather than the left menu or bottom of the page. - New CSUBUY Enhancements Communication Model
Beginning in 2026, system updates will follow a consistent monthly release schedule, typically occurring during the third weekend of each month. A new CSUBUY Enhancements section on the CSUBUY homepage will serve as the primary source for release information and will replace most system update emails.
