Depot Closure During Finals Week
Dear Campus Community, The Depot will be closed during the last week of school, December 16–20, 2024, for some important upgrades and repair work, which will be completed by the start of the Spring semester. In addition to adding a Boba station, equipment will be updated in Cocina, Vege Craft, and Kinetic coffee, and the counter height at Kinetic Coffee will be adjusted for better accessibility. The J, College Creek Marketplace, and the Library Café will be open during this time. Thank you for your patience as we work on improvements.

- Transition from OBI to CFS for Financial DataHello Colleagues, We continue to make steady progress transitioning from Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) to the Chancellor’s Office-supported Common Financial System (CFS) Data Warehouse as part of the Enterprise Data Transformation (EDT) Project, a five-year initiative to modernize our data architecture and strengthen our culture of data-informed decision-making. A campus-wide CFS Data Warehouse Task Force continues to guide this transition with a target final transition for stateside finance data users in July of 2026.

- American Indian College Motivation Day on Thursday, Nov. 6Hello Everyone, In partnership, the Department of Admissions, the Indian Tribal & Educational Personnel Program (ITEPP), the Indian Natural Resources, Sciences & Engineering Program (INRSEP), and the President's Office will host American Indian College Motivation Day on Thursday, November 6th, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. During this event, visiting schools will take part in a variety of activities across campus. Please note that schools will be entering several campus buildings throughout the day to participate in these activities.
