VSIP Deadline & Drop-in Office Hours (Zoom)
As a reminder, there is one week left to apply for the Voluntary Separation Incentive Program (VSIP) with applications due on April 30, and we still have funding available for those who are interested in applying for the program.
This program is intended to encourage eligible employees to voluntarily separate through a severance package on or before June 30, 2025.
This is a one-time, non-precedent setting program. The program began on April 1, 2025. If you want to participate in the 2025 VSIP, please read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS, and submit your application to vsip@humboldt.edu by 5 p.m., April 30, 2025.
Participation in the 2025 VSIP will require employees to execute separation agreements, including a general release of claims, as further explained in the terms and conditions.
Employees do not need to be eligible to retire in CalPERS to participate in the 2025 VSIP. Any questions related to retirement should be directed to CalPERS.
If you have questions about the program, please refer to the VSIP website or contact Human Resources at vsip@humboldt.edu.
