Changes in Human Resources
It is with much respect that I announce our Associate Vice President for Human Resources, Dr. Anthony Casas, has elected to participate in the Voluntary Separation Incentive Program (VSIP). I would like to thank Anthony for his service and contributions to the University for the past two years. I appreciate the experience Anthony has brought to campus and wish him well on his future endeavors.
Beginning Monday April 21, Michelle Caisse has agreed to serve as our Interim Associate Vice President for Human Resources.
The team in Human Resources and Administrative Affairs is dedicated to service and supporting our university. We have heard from our campus community and are committed to making changes that improve your experience with our department and division. In this context, Human Resources is taking this catalyst to initiate a reorganization that will promote from within, invest in our current HR team members, and add resources to recruitment. A full organizational chart is available on the HR website linked here.
Thank you to Anthony, Michelle, the HR team, and our campus community for your continued support.
Michael Fisher
