CSU’s Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation Prevention Program *COURSE UPDATES*
This is a friendly reminder that the CSU’s Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation Prevention Program courses (Supervisor and Non-Supervisor) will be updated on Monday, March 17th. To avoid any disruptions, for those employees whose courses are currently in progress, please complete your training before this date. Any incomplete training at the time of the update will be reset to the beginning. However, this update will not affect training assignments or completion history.

These updates now include specific language that applies to all internal University events—defined as events that are planned, coordinated, and executed primarily by internal users and approved and funded by the University.
- Scheduled Panopto NA Cloud Maintenance April 12Dear Campus Community, Please be advised that the Panopto NA Cloud (*.hosted.panopto.com) will undergo scheduled maintenance on Saturday, April 12, 2025, starting at 7:00 AM PDT (10:00 AM EDT). During this time, the platform will be inaccessible for approximately three hours as Panopto performs updates to its database to enhance system stability and capacity.
- Update on the Voluntary Separation Incentive Program (VSIP)Our University continues to address our share of state cuts to the CSU system, and other budget impacts. In response to this anticipated deficit, each division on campus is actively engaged in budget reduction planning scenarios. We are also considering various reduction strategies, including a Voluntary Separation Incentive Program.

- ERFSA Grant Applications Due March 27, 2025Humboldt-ERFSA Small Grant Program for Tenure-track Faculty, Lecturers, and Staff Applications are due by Thursday March 27, 2025, at 3 p.m. PST. Sponsored by the Humboldt-Emeritus and Retired Faculty and Staff Association, grant awards are intended to help tenured-track faculty, lecturers, and staff with less than 5 years employment at Cal Poly Humboldt seeking to expand professional qualifications.
