- E-Commerce Integration: Local e-commerce pro, Amy Fowler teaches you how to integrate the front and back ends of your retail business with your e-commerce platforms. Learn how to make all aspects of your online business function as a cohesive whole: web site and digital marketing, customer support and order processing, shipping and inventory management, bookkeeping, and more. - Multimedia for Digital Marketing & E-Commerce: Go beyond still photos. Learn the basics of creating, editing, and using multimedia content to market your business, including videography, animation, and editing basics (Canva, GIMP, Filmora, etc.) This workshop is practical and interactive, so bring your laptop, pad, and smartphone. - E-Commerce Accounting: Learn how basic accounting principles apply to e-commerce sales. What's different about the chart of accounts and bookkeeping set up? Manage fees and sales taxes. - Booking Bootcamps - Quickbooks Desktop: Learn how to use Quickbooks for your business using the desktop version. Set up your database and understand how the system is put together. You must have your own Quickbooks version and bring a laptop or tablet. Good for owners who need help setting up an accounting system. Taught by bookkeeping experts.
