Sponsored Programs Foundation is pleased to host an interactive session exploring how AI tools (particularly ChatGPT) can enhance efficiency, clarity, and strategy in the grant writing process! Participants will learn practical applications for AI in brainstorming, drafting, editing, and tailoring proposals, as well as ethical considerations and limitations.

The session will include opportunities to experiment with AI prompts aligned to common funding mechanisms. No prior experience with AI is required!

Cybersecurity Awareness Month – Defend Your Accounts
As part of “Empowering You to Secure 2025 and Beyond,” this week emphasizes protecting your personal accounts. While Cal Poly Humboldt accounts already require multi-factor authentication (MFA), attackers often target personal accounts first, then use that access to attempt entry into campus systems. Recommended Action: Choose one important non-Humboldt account (e.g., Gmail, Amazon, Instagram, or your bank). Enable MFA or set up passkeys if available.
