National Science Foundation CAREER Webinar
Hosted by CSU Long Beach
Friday, March 1, 2024
11am - 12pm PST
The Office of Research & Economic Development will be hosting an online National Science Foundation CAREER Webinar on Friday, March 1st. The Faculty Early Career Development (CAREER) Program is a foundation-wide activity that offers the NSF’s most prestigious awards in support of early-career faculty who have the potential to serve as academic role models in research and education and to lead advances in the mission of their department or organization. Activities pursued by early-career faculty should build a firm foundation for a lifetime of leadership in integrating education and research. Dr. Engin Serpersu, Program Director for the Division of Molecular & Cellular Biosciences, will discuss the CAREER grant mechanism and provide insight on how applicants can strengthen their submissions.
Please register at the Qualtrics link below by February 3rd and, if you have any, provide questions that you have for the speaker. Please note there is no guarantee of your question being asked due to time constraints.
