To better reflect the purpose and mission of extended education at Cal Poly Humboldt, approval has been granted to officially change the name of the College of Extended Education and Global Engagement (CEEGE) to the College of Extended Education (CEE), effective September 5, 2025.

This change follows the recent relocation of Study Abroad to the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences and the relocation of recruitment and support of international students to the Division of Enrollment Management and Student Success. With these relocations, the areas remaining in the college include Extended Education and Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI).
