Mid-Semester Feedback Program
Faculty - did you know that you can receive confidential feedback from your students at mid-semester to assist you in understanding how they are experiencing your class?
With a goal to provide instructors and students with an opportunity for mid-semester feedback that focuses on learning and student success in the course, we invite faculty to participate in the Mid-Semester Feedback Program. Our graduate student facilitators will meet where you are - in person, via Zoom, and/or an asynchronous option to offer the most flexibility. To request a survey for your course, please complete this short form Request a Mid-Semester Feedback Survey - one form for each course you'd like to survey.
