She has won IBMA’s Mandolin Player of the Year six times, the first woman to do so. A pioneer in acoustic music, Hull has performed at iconic venues like Carnegie Hall, the Grand Ole Opry, and the White House. Her virtuosity has earned admiration from legends like Alison Krauss, Sturgill Simpson, and Dolly Parton.
